Since Blogger (Blogspot) does not stream mp3s, to hear your audio podcast of you giving us instructions by voice, you need to combine an image with your audio file and upload it as a video.

abucs855, Gem and Chris have examples of it. Here is Chris's discussion of it from Moodle.
